The product worked for a month and then stopped. I sent it back under warranty like our first inverter and when we got it back it worked for 5 days before it failed. This is the second new aps2012 inverter we have bought in a year and now according to their rep we have to throw it away and buy another useless tripp lite inverter/charger. The first one died twice so we bought this one. Used to be a good product. The company takes no responsibility for its product. We use an inverter every day so you can get an idea of how quickly your devices are failing. We will never buy tripp lite again.
