Product works great, does what it is supposed to do. Some of the negative reviews I've read are probably due to a lack of understanding of water and need to be tested first. Don't be rude, but it's not a panacea for other problems you're likely to have if it doesn't work. It can be frustrating not having a clean aquarium and watching the fish thrive. Stick to the science, these products require a lot of time and knowledge. It's easy to leave a bad review and then realize the problem is you. This is a 5 star product and deserves it. Test your water, bring it to the fish shop for free testing.
