Already broken, tricky controls, stupid problems

The first thing that struck me was how quiet the sound was. I had them two days and they are already broken. It doesn't go to the left audio, but everything works on it. Calls keep dropping out because my hair is touching the sensor. If I even try to take out one of the headphones the music pauses or my calls drop out, there is so much wrong with that. So disappointed in almost $90 headphones that you would think they would last or any of those issues would be fixed.
