As a person who frequently shops at Hogtunes' online store, I can say that my interactions with the company's goods and services have been extremely negative. However, despite the extensive selection of automobile electronics and accessories that they provide, the quality of their items is lacking. Despite carefully following the installation instructions, the products that I bought from their store failed after only a few weeks of use. This occurred despite the fact that I had purchased them brand new. In addition to that, their support for customers is horrible. They take a long time to react to consumer questions, and when they do, the answers they provide are unhelpful and condescending. In addition to this, their delivery timings are erratic, and their packaging is inadequate, which leads to damaged goods being shipped out to customers. In addition to being difficult to browse, their website features product descriptions that are ambiguous at best and downright false at worst. It is difficult to determine what you are purchasing, and frequently the thing that is delivered is not what was represented in the advertisement. In general, I do not think anyone should shop at the internet store run by Hogtunes. Their goods and services are of the lowest quality, and the support they provide to customers is unhelpful. Look elsewhere to save both time and money for your shopping needs.
