I pulled out a thin cardboard thing with a barcode in the top fold and it kinda tore the stitching and faux leather. Also a regular sized driver's license won't fit lengthwise in the ID window/sleeve so it partially sticks out - looks ridiculous and nervous when it falls out. doesn't think much of how bulky it is.
