Has a fifth wheel in the middle to keep it from sagging under weight (nice feature). Assembly was easy, I really don't like it but my little son was happy to help, kept pestering me to do it as soon as he arrived and it was something we had to do together and it can add to the list of fond memories . Half a day and the rest the next day (only about 3 hours) but no difficult hours, almost like (lounge) hours. All we needed was a Phillips screwdriver. Most holes are pre-drilled. Parts are marked with stickers that correspond to the illustrations in the manual. It would be hard to screw up. But you (must) look at the pictures and follow the order they suggest. There are 3 sets of keys in the set (only 2 sets in my photo) The middle drawer and the filing cabinet have the same locks and keys. The top drawer has a different lock/key. Has rails. Folders are sold separately.
