I ordered it for my wife, she likes it best. This is what she said about this iron: "This iron has an elegant design. The pink color is a very pale pink. It comes in beautiful packaging and comes with a velvet storage pouch. It heats up quickly and is easy to use. . The hair becomes soft. While I was using it they made a slight rustling noise as per the instructions. When setting the temperature, I have to turn the knob with both hands because it doesn't turn as smoothly as it turns. dial (in my opinion they could do better). In terms of straightening my hair, it does a good job, not as good as my more expensive other brands of straighteners. Overall I am happy with the purchase and will continue to use it. I give 4 stars".
