Cute but cheap in my review
Ok so this item has a chepish fabric. I have to agree with someone who said that it was like halloween custom fabric. The design was cute my only issue is that i got a size small and it was really big on the top for me. I would have kept it but decide it to return it since I'm sure I won't wear it again. If you are small on top and small in frame this is not the dress for you.
