I used it on my 2019 Macbook Pro primarily for USB-C connections so I don't have to use an adapter and it's a faster connection. At first I couldn't connect it via USB-C, but then I realized I wasn't pressing hard enough to make it click. Once I did that, I connected with no issues and had super-fast transfer speeds. I transferred about 40GB of files in less than 3 minutes. I've noticed people say caps are easy to lose, but I don't think that would be a problem. They're pretty tight so I doubt they'll fall off. There is also an opening for a strap so you don't lose it (straps not included). The kit also includes an adapter to connect to your phone as well as certain phones. My daughter has one of the ones listed so I decided to try them out on her Galaxy S10. Plugged in the adapter and connected to her phone with no problems and was able to take photos. All in all this is a great disc. It works with USB 2.0, 3.0, connects to most phones and looks well made and has 128GB of storage.
