There is VERY little detail in the product description and packaging on how this item is used. They specifically mention that Chrome or Safari is required and that you need to be logged into a site that supports (some protocols). So does this only work on websites? How about logging into apps? Do I need an account with an external provider to use this key? If something happens to the key (e.g. if it's lost - it's small), will I lose access to my resources? There are too many assumptions that the user either already knows all about it or doesn't care. Products of this class too. :-( )
