I've had good luck with previous Anker cables, but unfortunately this one only lasted a few days (I have to wiggle the cable and then hold it flexed to make it remains charged) I contacted Anker for a replacement and while they were perfectly accommodating and agreed to send one out, the process is slow and quite inconvenient (I don't have a printer so I need to find one to print out a return slip, a package purchase and send it back, then wait ten days after shipment to receive a replacement). At this point I have already bought a new cable as I need to use my phone. I regret throwing the box away as I am still within the Revain return period. It looks like I just received a faulty item as there are many good reviews but if you are buying this I would definitely recommend sticking with the box and Revain. Pack for a few weeks just in case.
