Short version - cannot roll in a straight line. I have to twist it in a spiral to even move it, and it's surprisingly impractical. Longer Version: I got one as an experiment to see how I can replace half a dozen similar units I have as I liked the size of this larger than its rival, but I won't be buying any more of these. I typically use Milwaukee furniture casters as the base for my stacks of bags (so I can easily reach everything in storage). However, they are much larger than the pockets that hold them, creating empty space. Despite the wasted space, Milwaukee rollers move smoothly and easily even with a heavy load, so I only join those who move forward.
