Review on πŸ‹οΈ Polar T31 Coded Chest Transmitter with Elastic Strap by Phil Casey

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A must have if you're trying to lose weight at the gym

I go to the gym and I'm always frustrated when I can't get my heart rate right on any of the cardio machines. Especially when running, it's almost impossible to hold the heart rate buttons to get an accurate reading. I'm 52 and I've lost 30 pounds in 5 months but I've hit a plateau. Eventually, I realized my heart rate was too high for fat burning, so I researched what kind of telemetry belt would work with cardio equipment. This strap was recommended by the manufacturer of the device, and since I started using it about 4 weeks ago, I've lost an additional 10 pounds while keeping my heart rate in my target zone (which was WAY lower than I thought it was worth it need to burn fat). As soon as I sit on the device, I see my heart rate on the device's display and it never has a problem gathering information from the belt. The strap is comfortable and easy to adjust and put on. , and synchronization requires no programming. I never go to the gym without it and can easily ensure my heart rate returns to normal during the cool down period before stepping off the machine.
