IMO, customer satisfaction comes first with this manufacturer. I bought this monitor for my husband as a Christmas present. He was so disappointed when he set it up and it didn't work. He called tech support and it was decided that we had been given an inferior car. The gentleman my husband spoke to was amazing! Not only did he immediately send a new monitor, but also an awesome mechanical gaming keyboard for our inconvenience! The monitor has a great picture and the size is just right. We are considering buying another one to set up a duel monitor. It's definitely a goalkeeper! You will not be disappointed.
