Easily loses elasticity and becomes too loose
Of course I have thick and long hair, but these hair ties stretch and become very loose faster than other brands. Some I can only use a few times before they stretch too much, others last quite a while, and some snap in half right away. It wasn't a lot of money for all the hair ties you get but I go through them more often than other brands and my hair is loose. I give the last 75% of the package I have left to colleagues and buy something else.
