* The Acer Aspire TC-895-UA92 is a very well-equipped 10th Gen i5 processor with 12GB of memory and a fast 512GB NVMe M.2 -SSD. This is a great desktop for the money and designed for work, not play. (Looks like Acer has updated the TC-895-UA02 from what was listed by the vendors in early fall; it's helpful to check the latest configuration on Acer's website and compare it to the product on offer.) *This supplier was slightly more expensive than the other choice but promised fast shipping before the holidays and received it earlier than promised. * Acer doesn't add too much useless software. I had no reason to call tech support, but I downgraded support because the online manual is out of date and there is no list of installed software or software trial lengths. This wastes the user's time dealing with the factory reset. However, the installed test antivirus software allows for trouble-free viewing. Acer should add simple but accessible information and suggestions for users.* Be sure to save the SSD image with the configuration provided. Win10 lets you use the built-in Win7, and clear instructions on how to create a full image are available online at several reputable sites.
