Absolute nightmare, second wobbly experience with Samsung and by far the worst!

This is my second purchase of a high end Samsung TV and my goodness what a lemon! It's ready to go right out of the box, but the way this TV works is that it all goes through the One Connect box and power and audio/video are routed down that thin cable to the monitor part of the TV. Well, that makes for a small footprint design. but wait, there's more! With us everything works, Netflix, Plex, Disney+, movies are shown in a beautiful picture, everything is fine. I'll turn it off and run some errands, come back. <click> The sound of a failed power cycle from the One Connect box. Hmm, I've encountered this before on my previous Samsung, very picky about power and storing corrupt information. Turning off and on, nothing. We turn off and press the power button several times to really drain the charge, nothing. Hmm, unplug the soundbar and any external HDMI plugs, then plug them back in, nothing. Then my first call to the Samsung Service Center (Mark R) begins. He wants me to turn everything back on and turn it back on - honestly, sometimes a second pair of eyes is the magic you need to make things work, but nothing. He recommends that I just replace it through Revain (although it's under warranty). I say no, it was a hassle getting in from work, delivered and set up, just the warranty on the One Connect box because I work in data centers and everything here smells like a defective component. So he refers me to a service center. I set everything up at the service center, and it works like this: you contract with the local repair service and run the diagnostics in person. Sounds good, we'll get through this as Revain has until May 31st to issue a return/refund. They assign a repair center to a company I've never heard of and isn't on Yelp, Angie's List, or even Google. Reviews. In fact, their street view looks like an abandoned building. It says they will contact me in 2 days but as I smell something suspicious I call them. The first call goes to voicemail but it's actually voicemail from someone calling them asking about the broken TV. The second call is answered but there is no English on the other end. We go through the wrong words until they finally find me and say straight out that they can't fix it because of the size of the TV and then they just hang up which I felt was the end of the conversation so I just hung up . high. Desperate, I return to the TV, which has been down for an hour or so, and it boots up! I walk across Fury Road to check the A/V and get about 15 minutes before everything shuts down and stops again. No power cycles or 2 hour returns will help this time. I'm just calling Revain to have it replaced but haha don't you know they're out of stock they can only return/refund it and anything like it is up $500 since purchase. Round #2 with Samsung Technical Support (Hridaynath M). A few more laps, then let's try cycling again - great, 80s charm! So let's play this song and dance some more before the suggestion comes up, why don't I just go back and replace it through Amazon. great, no one wants to take responsibility for fixing this. So we're back on the maintenance road and I say I'm playing for tech but it can't be the people you've already assigned because A. they said they couldn't do it and B. that sounds cheating . They say they can't do anything because these people haven't closed the application yet and we have to wait until they do, who knows when? Absolute customer service joke on both sides and I can't believe this is happening. Do not buy. If you have already purchased and are waiting for shipment, refuse it and get a refund!
