Review on Copper Compression Long Arthritis Gloves by Dee Rawls

It won't fix everything, but it will help a lot.

Don't expect them to solve all your problems, but they can help a lot! They're not great for support (not designed for it) and there's a seam that might bother some people, but that doesn't bother me - you could probably flip them and switch hands to become less disruptive of the seams, if necessary. This kit includes two sleeves specific to each arm. The fabric is soft, easy to wash, although the logo has washed off a bit. It can be used under other more supportive braces, such as a wrist or thumb brace, to reduce pain, but the stitches can be uncomfortable if you overtighten the brace (although this works). When I'm doing a lot and I know I might have pain and swelling, I wear them to bed (and put on a splint if needed) and it makes a surprisingly big difference. Most of the time I don't wear braces at all. The length is good and covers my elbows and most of the second joint. Part of me wishes the fingers were a little longer, but I'm still happy with it. It's also useful as a measure of how bad things are, as it's handy for stretching a little on a normal day, but tighter when I'm having a tough day or I've done too much in a day - sometimes was i swollen it more. than I understood and it helps me correct what I'm doing. To be honest I don't know the copper percentage and I'm a bit skeptical, but the compression these gloves offer really helps a lot. Best wishes to you in your quest for pain relief and the effort to stay active! :)
