The maximum circumference of the 4XL is 57" when worn over pants (I used a tape measure). but just because it has three vertical holes for each dot - for my "office casual" and "outdoor" summer needs it would be perfect (I paid less than $10 Prime so it was a great deal !). thick and has double stitching at the top and bottom.
