It is not compatible

Got this as a second remote for our new Insignia Fire TV (so my husband and I don't fight over the remote!) but although the new remote technically works it works almost always doesn't work from the first keystroke. It takes several attempts to actually activate the TV command. Looks the same as the original remote but has an annoying lag occasionally.
