When I first used this drum unit, the pages were gray when I used two different toner cartridges. I contacted a salesperson who suggested cleaning the coronar and vigorously shaking the toner cartridge back and forth. I cleaned the wire and shook the toner with a bottle of Heinz 57 like an epileptic. It worked. Nice clean pages. Good customer care. The picture shown is a BEFORE picture. There is no last picture because it is pure white. The lever on the right fell off the first time the toner was removed. Strange. It was pretty easy to put back in and no problems since. I will not buy this brand again. It's cheap, but there are many toners from other manufacturers that work better than this one. There goes 11 bucks I'll never see again.
