The table gets 5 stars based on its quality and the perfect condition it received. The legs are made of wood (not metal like many similar tables). Be sure to pay attention to the size of the table, which will comfortably accommodate 2 people or a corner in the kitchen. If I had rated it on the building instructions, it would only have gotten 1 star. The "Picture Only" instructions were missing the steps needed to install the brackets and legs in the correct direction, and a large step incorrectly indicates a cross member is connected to a leg and bolted on. What was missing was how you were supposed to connect two sets of crossbars to one leg with a set of screws and bolts. I can't explain it, but I've attached a picture to show how a screw and bolt connects the two crossbars to each leg, so I hope this helps. Otherwise, it's easy to assemble in minutes (after I figured it out). As with any assembly of inexpensive furniture, do not fully tighten the screws for easy loosening or adjustment if necessary.
