I just received this collar and I am VERY happy with my purchase. This is a nice thick collar and the measurements match the chart in the description. My dog's neck is exactly 12.5 inches and the small size fits her like a glove two fingers apart at the last (largest) hole. Padding on the inside of the collar keeps it against your neck without cutting into your skin. This is incredibly important to me because all the flat nylon collars I buy at the pet store tend to slip down her neck and irritate her (she has a long thin neck like a greyhound). Can't wait to see how it holds up to general wear and tear. You can see it in one of my submitted photos, even indoors in low daylight. Collar with logos. Live look much smaller than the pictures of the listed items. Problem. I'm not sure what people expect from a budget pet collar. These are 1 tier "fashion" dog collars from Forever2. You are not made to look perfect forever.
