I use this monopod for everything from sports to weddings to outdoor shoots. The bottom mount makes panning easier, and I believe video work will be smoother with a fluid head. 70-200 gp without touching it when folded without using it for several minutes. So far I've taken this thing into the water on rivers, baseball shelters, etc. It's holding up well!
