Review on Induction Cooktop GASLAND IH12BF Electric by Joseph Hamilton

I bought this hob because it claims to be ETL certified for use in Canada. After the hob arrived, there was no certification. I called Garland Chef and first they told me they would email the certificate. When nothing arrived I was told that only individual components were certified, not the entire unit. As if someone in their right mind would only buy individual components. After several weeks of daily calls and attempts to talk to some of the executives, I finally managed to speak to the manager who also offered no support. Any email or voice messages I left went unanswered. Garland Chef is untrustworthy and offers absolutely no customer support. I returned a Revain product 3 months after purchase and lost almost half of my money due to restocking and courier fees.
