The product is exactly as described and of excellent quality. It's heavy but durable. Installation was fairly easy, especially with the instructions that came with it, but I'd recommend making a mounting template to mark your spots on the wall. The mount is heavy, making it difficult to keep it in place long enough to mark points. Installing the monitors was easy as well, my only complaint was that the monitor tilt mounting screws were difficult to tighten with the supplied hex key to hold the monitors in place. I ended up getting a ratchet with the right attachment to tighten it enough. My only complaint in general is that the pictures and description lead me to believe the monitors can fit together (no gap) but the only way to get this to work is to fully extend the arms. After adjusting the monitors I got a decent distance between them and had to look further left and/or right than I wanted, but I was able to position them where they were quite comfortable. Overall a great product and quality and it has plenty of pivot points and flexibility but unless you have monitors larger than 27 inches you will likely end up with a large gap between monitors (if that's a problem for you is).
