So I was going to give this a 4.5, but as the option was either a 4 or 5 I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The product was easy to install, solidly built and adds a nice touch to my 2019 Street Glide Special. My only two minor complaints: The bolt used to attach the latch is different from the OEM product, so you must use the one that came with the latch. and the o-ring that comes with the new latch is not as strong as the original o-ring. The OEM O-ring is interchangeable with this latch and if you're smart you can replace it. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking to black out their bike.
