I want to punch someone in the face!
All in all, this is a great pre-workout option. Gives me loads of energy! My husband and I drink it about 15 minutes before going to the gym and then work out for an hour and a half and still come home more energetic! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it doesn't fully dissolve. I drink what I can, then fill up my shaker with water and drink what's left in the bottle while I train so I'm still getting all the goodness. Watermelon is my favorite flavor!
