These tights are very shiny and pretty without being overly shiny. The tights are thin, slightly thicker than stockings. They should not be confused with leggings or jeggings. However, they look very cool, so you can combine them with almost any outfit. I haven't tried them on anyone yet because they're gifts. If I receive any complaints I will definitely update this review. Enjoy!
