Just sent two back as defective

I only had to return a replacement for the first one I ordered. I failed to screw any of the 4 shower heads I tried to the outlet side of a device. One of those minds is Kohler, a quality brand. Note: The valve fits perfectly into the wall socket. I give it 2 stars as the finish is superb and the action is very smooth. So it looks like it would be a nice piece if I could use it.
