Review on Reynolds Kitchens Paper Sandwich Count by Opal Holmberg

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Old but nice!

Wax paper is one of the greatest inventions in cooking. My mom used it all the time. Although I think it's fallen out of favor at the moment - more attention is being paid to plastic. But wax paper decomposes. It's not compostable, and landfills often have so little air inside that even things that should decompose don't. However, if you want to use less plastic, use wax paper! I use this size to cover about half of a cucumber or onion that I haven't used yet. I also use it for cheese. This is great for cheese. The stickers in the box don't work very well. It is best to fold the lid and place it in the fridge with the folded side down. The weight keeps it closed. Highly recommended
