I've seen good reviews of them and since Nike shoes have always been comfortable for me in the past I naively thought they were the same. I threw away the wrapper and waited a while before putting it on. When I did I was shocked at how uncomfortable they were. Wearing them for more than 5 minutes, even while sitting, hurts the whole leg. Walking in them is like walking on concrete. The heel rubs. The toe is too narrow. Also, the laces have such a smooth texture that they unravel every few steps unless you double knot them and then you can't just take the shoes off. I would definitely return these if I didn't throw away the packaging, but ever since I did (and because they were so expensive) I've been trying to crack them open. It's been over a month and they're definitely better than when we started, but still noticeably uncomfortable. I'm rating 2 stars instead of 1 because I think my feet are probably more sensitive than most.
