I am fortunate to have very healthy white teeth but as I get older they will definitely need a bit of maintenance to keep them looking their best. I used to use Crest Strips for a few days to turn them white again, but they caused some sensitivity. I've recently started drinking coffee and am approaching my 5th decade, so keeping them white has been harder for me. I stay fit and look younger, but when my teeth start to fade I feel like I look ten years older. I have a GO Smile toothbrush that uses the same blue light technology and the included toothpaste has the same ingredients as this product. . The results are great but it needs regular use and unfortunately it's not the best toothbrush for gum care so I have to use Sonicare too. It's a lot of brushing and I still felt like they could be a shade or two whiter. When I saw this system and the great reviews I had to try it. I saw results in one treatment even though my teeth were already pretty white. After 3 treatments my teeth were the whitest in years. I just had a 6 month dental exam and my dentist asked where I would get my teeth whitening done. (I think he thought I was cheating on him.) I showed him the product on my Revain app and he said the ingredients were the same as the professional treatments. The best part is the ease of use compared to Go Smile. I plan to have a repeat treatment every 4-6 weeks to keep my teeth looking good.
