Review on πŸ”Œ SinLoon HDMI Solderless Adapter - Gold Plated Extension Cable Connector Signals Terminal Breakout Board by Mike Marks

It doesn't work AT ALL. LOSS OF MONEY, TIME and hope

Latest Review: Firstly, please note that I am an experienced builder and jack of all trades with experience of repairing many things including electronics and wiring. My broken cable end goes through walls so I can't easily replace it. A few months ago before I first wrote this review I painstakingly drew another cable of the same brand to get a diagram of how to install this end, installed it that way and I still don't have a video of that Cable. I just took the advice to reseat this connector at both ends to make sure the wiring was the same and it still didn't work on either the device or the HDMI port. So I am adding this latest bug to this review. This latest bug makes me expertly claim that all the reviews here that say this fork replacement works are fake. I wrote this review a long time ago and just replaced the other end of the cable with this product, setting the exact same schematic as the other end. Cable from my Windows 10 PC to my TV. My computer doesn't recognize that it's connected to a port and my TV doesn't recognize a signal. YOU CAN USE THIS PLUG to replace your broken one. In that sense it will work, BUT YOUR CABLE REMAINS DISCONNECTED, no work junk. The whole concept is bullshit, you can't fix a broken HDMI cable end, DOT, so people who sell this crap are selling snake oil. My verdict is that anyone who says you can replace the end of an HDMI cable, or who sells something to "repair" is lying. I've read that all the tiny 19 wires in an HDMI cable should stay the same length, and I've done my best by breaking them all in the same place in the sheaths, then taking them out and screwing them into the correct terminals. what I've been chasing. and I checked everything. The only way to ensure that all cables are the same length is to use this end. Because if you're soldering wire to wire, you can't twist 19 wires together to solder the same length. This replaceable end has specific stops for each wire so I made sure to cut all the wires to the same length, stripped them and inserted them fully into their screw connectors, screwed them in and made sure they were secure. That's all you have to do to replace such a plug according to numerous articles and videos, then plug it into your monitor and video source and it'll be working again. I've done all this it still doesn't work oh the whole thing they insist on fixing the HDMI end and that part is pure bullshit! Previous Review: $10 gets you a shrouded replacement end, no instructions, an illegible pinout, and a tiny, cheap screwdriver that can't be used. Cons: Installation, tips, instructions, tools are grossly inadequate or completely wrong. #1 Buying this will only give you the item information in Revain which is woefully inadequate to the point of being wrong. This is incorrect as the pinout is indicated by numbers on the top and bottom of the connector without indicating the visual orientation of the connector e.g. B. which side faces up or front or back. so i checked my cable cores and labeled the schematic consisting of a short row at the top and a long row at the bottom, reading left to right, which turned out to be completely wrong due to the lack of orientation on the amazon diagram. But I found out and to my surprise there were no further instructions or advice that came with this very expensive item (what is that when you know these items cost a penny to make). And then the attached tiny cheap screwdriver is USELESS. I pulled out my little screwdriver with interchangeable bits, which works great. and there are no instructions for cutting the insulation or anything like the usual extra sets of plugs.
