I ordered a size up after reading the reviews and ended up regretting not following my first thought. I bought pink and royal blue. Pink is 2 sizes bigger, Blue is 1 size bigger. I pulled it up to the bottom of the ribs to make it look like a fitted pencil skirt. It worked.
