cartridges will not fit if not pushed into cartridge case. Once installed, the HP Envy Printer will display a message that the cartridges are not installed correctly and will prompt you to remove the printhead ribbon. The tape was of course removed and still doesn't work. And the most unpleasant thing was that when removing the cartridges, the sleeve could easily break.
