***Update*** I feel really stupid but I would like to update if anyone has the same problem. The reason the earbuds didn't charge was because the earbud itself has a very small plastic piece that sits on top of the metal piece to charge. You don't even see it. I looked closely and saw almost invisible plastic over metal. Now the headphones will charge and work great! For the price I paid I would highly recommend these wireless earbuds. These wireless earbuds were a waste of money. You get what you pay for. I was only able to use it for a few days and even then trying to connect to my phone was so frustrating and took forever. Wouldn't recommend it.
