Delicious Bar at a Great Price
After researching and comparing to other commercial bars I settled on the Special K range bars. The ingredients are of good quality and the protein and carbohydrate to calorie ratio is acceptable for my weight loss needs. The cost is much better than similar products. I've found that all flavors taste great, although strawberry is my favorite. I also found that I needed a little more protein as a meal replacement, so I added a meal replacement shake. It lasted me until my next meal. I recommend this product as a snack between meals. High in protein, low in calories and delicious. I highly recommend this product.
