I can't take them too negatively other than not using them can serve its intended purpose.. I am refinishing antique furniture and have a piece with deep very detailed carvings.I was hoping to use them to sand down the detail after removing the old shellac.Unfortunately they are too abrasive and almost cut wood right away. I'll find another use for them though and I'm sure they'll be fine. Just don't plan on using them for firewood. One note: there's nothing on the packaging to indicate the granularity of each colour .I had to go online and go back to the product description.It would be helpful if they included at least a small piece of paper with a description of the grain.Also, small brucs fly for safety reasons cut away. Protect yourself. Don't use excessive speed.
