Nice little system, but Wi-Fi is very unreliable

This is a great little system, it does exactly what it says on the tin with one notable exception. connects via VNC. When I installed it here for the first time, I connected it to the network via WiFi. It was about two meters from the router, so signal strength wasn't an issue. Updating drivers was one of the first things done for it. Despite all of this, the connection kept dropping and I had to plug in my screen, keyboard, and mouse to reconnect to the router. for a return. But now that I've connected it via cat6, that's no problem for me at all. Hence three stars: it fits my needs perfectly, but still has a flaw that others should know about. Still, it's a great little system. You wouldn't want to play games on it, but as a remote system for streaming movies to your stash, it fits the bill perfectly. Quite a bit of room for expansion, I ordered a 512GB microSD card for additional local storage and there is a slot I could fit a 2.5" drive in. Performance is by no means outstanding, not compared to my main Alienware system, but as a media player it's okay. If you need Wi-Fi connectivity, all I can say is Emptor's caveat: buyers beware.
