In general, the product is excellent. It fits my waist perfectly (I'm 5ft 2in, 120lbs) and I can fit my Samsung Galaxy SIII phone (huge + the case it comes in), my keychain, lip balm and some dog poop bags. It takes a minute to arrange everything there, but it can be done. I've read some previous reviews about barely fitting anything, but for me it's fine for the essentials. If you want something more that fits more, then you don't need this hip belt, you need a real fanny pack. I also like the fact that the material folds back and prevents anything from bouncing around as you run. I have no complaints!
