Review on Antec Balance Bearing Computer Radiator by Matt Pavelko

I don't know what other reviews are saying is quiet but I had to replace one of the 4 fans that came with my case because it was starting to rattle. It was the only sound I could hear. I removed this fan as it was driving me crazy while waiting for this fan. Installed this new fan and now I'm hearing hoooommmm. Went from 0 noise to about the same as a pretty good room fan. The problem is that this isn't a room fan, it's an otherwise silent computer. I guess I should have paid $25 for Noctua.
