Review on 🟢 Green Yellow Additive Manufacturing Products by RIO Creek Line by Mark Bennett

Excellent line for small streams, especially for dry flies on small streams/streams!

When the water is low and clear in small wild trout streams this 3 weight cone rod is perfect for loading the rod on very short casts with the ability to extend the distance when the hand is tight! I used to use a 4 or 5 weight rod, sometimes with 1 weight. being able to walk that distance in small streams when the water is so clear you can't walk within 30-40 feet without startling the um. But this line has a heavy short taper that allows you to get a 40++ foot cast in just an 8-10 foot cast! (Pull, rod, technique, trimming guides, etc. are also important). But probably best of all, it's extremely effective for your average small steam casts of 10, 15, 20, 25 feet, which is over 80% of casts in clear but more normal water. And no problem if you need to cast a long, small stream every now and then. There are of course some downsides to this potato that works so well. Firstly, this is definitely not the best rollcasting line. over long distances (30+ feet), but a short throw or circle throw of 15-25 feet or so can be done quite easily. But for coil casting, Double Taper or even better Lee Wulff's Triangle Taper® are by far the best coil casting lines and the standard forward weight is fine too. This is a special cone for small streams to clean slaughtered but really fruitful wild trout "rune", "through", small "springs" and high headwaters! I highly recommend this "special line" with its unique, well-designed and high-performing line. Especially for fishing on land, in small streams and backwaters! Of course you can also fish algae, nymphs and streamers with this line, but personally I usually prefer standard WF (Rocket Cone) or DT line for most underfloor flies. Of course, with the exception of "Dry-Dropper on a Small Stream", this line is great for this presentation!
