1. I like that the unit is made of wood so it is durable and looks good. But the straps will be scratched by the wood when you insert and remove the strap in the slots because the straps fit the slots very snugly. Increasing the space is not a solution as the straps will fall out. Instead, the inside of the slots should be lined with rubber/silicone or something that won't scratch the strap when pushed into the slot. The part of the belt that scratches is actually one of the most visible parts as it is next to the buckle.2. I know some people like it when the hook can rotate 360 degrees but I don't like it. Then the belt hanger keeps turning in the closet. There has to be some sort of clasp for people who want to keep the hook in place.
