My new cat LOVES this bed! This is a medium sized kitten (but overweight). He likes that he can curl up and sleep. Or, since it's raised on one side, just lean against it to look out the window. There is a rubber base that keeps it in place on the windowsill. I haven't washed it yet so I hope it holds up. It comes with a soft little blanket which I think he will use in winter. You can put a medium-sized PET heating pad inside. (Maybe he'll never leave him this winter if I do). I am planning to buy another one for my bedroom window. So far my kitty and I love how soft and snuggly it is. And it looks pretty solid. I think THIS pet bed is worth the money. Get one!
