Like most people here I know this doesn't fit all gas cartridges but I have a few cartridges so I found one that works . I really needed a vent for the back of the jar, but I haven't installed it yet, but I also needed a flexible spout. Anyway, I asked my wife and father to fill it for me, so I can't say exactly what might have happened, but the washer that seals the unit to the gas cylinder is so thin that after only broke 3-4 hours. Used. Obviously this is a consumable item but should last more than a few uses. It should be much thicker/higher quality. As a result, the can leaks horribly and I can't because I fill jet skis with it. So he ends up in the lake. I wouldn't buy it again because the disc was so thin.
