So I accidentally threw away my original Osaka Siphon Coffee Filter. I did a little research and found this. I did what someone suggested and stretched the spring to relieve the tension. The neck of my coffee maker is much longer than the spring. I'm grateful I bought this filter because it works great. Just don't over-tighten the two metal plates when inserting the filter, this will make it easier to remove when you need to replace the filter. Unfortunately I can't use it at the moment as I ran out of filters and Revain sent me an A&D ointment to replace my filters, no return policy? What should I do now, accidentally order again? Does anyone have such a problem? Coming back to the filter, if you have a siphon coffee maker, you won't regret your purchase. Works better than fabric and I'm so thankful I accidentally threw away the original fabric I had. Good luck if you buy filters from Revain.
