Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very pleased with this purchase, will recommend it to everyone!

The best of the custom SSD, today, in the 2022 market. And the only brand, besides Intel, who has a normal, fully functional, software. ating the firmware is elementary. Marking the reserve area in real time is elementary. Optimizing Windows for it is the same. He has no serious competitors in the "home" segment, at this point in time. But this is not a budget option - which is quite obvious. On the sold laptop, I had a 840Pro with 512GB. And it still stands there. It has been working for 5 years. For the first 3 years, I seriously tormented him (it happened), and more than once re-uploaded the entire System from a backup copy. However, he did not even "sneeze" - and continues to prove his "professional suitability", which is very pleasing. And, apparently, this, my new, hard-boiler will work with dignity. Cells of a different structure - but still durable. There is a clear general trend towards cheaper products in this segment. But this particular model is "the last of the Mohicans", one might say. It is necessary to take while there is - I think so. If opportunities allow, of course. And for those unique people who have this media in use and manage to harass it, my advice is this: first, take a good look at how analogues from other manufacturers behave - before making such radically unflattering conclusions about the 850Pro. If anything compares to it today, it's one or two models from Intel. But, they will cost many times more. There are, however, normal SSD models from Crucial (Micron), and with a much more affordable price tag. Only now, they are somewhere out there - but not in This Country. And from what we have in retail today, this model range is the best. It's a dumb fact. An exception may be a 128GB SSD - but that's always been the case.

Pros
  • Good SSD, with good software. Fully corresponds to the characteristics declared by the Manufacturer. It is stable in work, and this immediately "does" the previously standing Plextor P6Pro.
Cons
