I love pillowcases! Orange is just as bright and beautiful as in the photo. I wasn't sure if I wanted closures, but I really do. Yes, this is different than the standard pillowcase opening that most of us grew up with. The closure is very similar to a pillowcase BUT the hole is not in the center of the pillow like most pillowcases I've seen. The hole is in the upper third of the back. I like it because the pillow is fully covered. Even the "envelope" closure in most cases is now in the US where one of the edges is unsewn on the inside so you can tuck the end of the pillow in, the pillow never stays, and when you make your bed , You always have to reinsert a pillow so that it is not visible. you won't have this problem with them. I have washed/dried them according to the clothing instructions and they have not wrinkled or shrunk. Now the material isn't as soft as I expected, especially for 100% Egyptian cotton, but I hope it will soften over time like most cotton sheets. It is labeled as 100% cotton, but not specifically "Egyptian" cotton. I ordered a few more colors because I love bright colors and am very happy with the quality and they are long lasting - they don't fade or run in the wash. They wrinkle like cotton, but unless you have OCD, they sleep great and can be shrunk if you really think they need to. I am very happy with them.
