It seems a good product, the lack of any documentation.
I chose this product primarily because of the LCD status display to check the battery level. The charger seems to be a pretty solid product, but time will tell about the quality. It charges my Cadillac ELR battery at 13.3A in about 4.5 hours as expected, reducing to 0A as the battery charges. The device also shows a temperature of around 120°F several hours after charging is complete on the display and indicates a charging current of 0 A. The only complaint at the moment is the lack of supporting documents. The device is currently doing its job reliably for almost 2 years (upgrade).
